Bhumi AI provides AI-powered analysis of land record documents (such as Khasra Nakal, Bhulekh records) submitted by users via WhatsApp. Our service provides informational insights including ownership status, dispute detection, and loan eligibility assessment.
3. Disclaimer
Important: The reports generated by Bhumi AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting a qualified legal professional or visiting the concerned government office for formal verification. We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on our analysis.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide authentic, unaltered government-issued documents for analysis
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the documents
- Misuse of the service for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited
5. Pricing
Our document analysis service is subject to a nominal fee starting at ₹9 per scan. Follow-up Q&A on generated reports is provided for free. Pricing may change and will be communicated on our Pricing page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology used in Bhumi AI are the intellectual property of Survey Mitra. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bhumi AI and Survey Mitra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our reports are AI-generated and may not cover all aspects of a land record.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the service in any way.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
