You can request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
How Your Data Flows
Document Upload
You send your Nakal/Bhulekh document via WhatsApp. The document is received through WhatsApp's end-to-end encrypted infrastructure.
AI Processing
Our AI reads and analyzes the document content. This happens in a secure, isolated cloud environment with no external access.
Report Generation
The analysis report is generated and sent back to you on WhatsApp. The processed document data is not permanently retained.
Data Cleanup
Temporary processing data is cleared after report delivery. Only essential service records (like query count for billing) are maintained.
